Shared lists for households
The shared grocery and to-do list app for families and small groups. Type naturally — NeatList parses quantities, units, and due dates for you.

The same dashboard you get after signing in: workspaces in the sidebar, list types with color badges, and structured grocery rows.
From workspace to synced list in four steps.
Start with a private workspace, then add a shared workspace for your household. Invite family by email when you are ready.
Choose Standard, Grocery, or To-do. Each list uses the parser and columns that fit — quantities for shopping, due dates for chores.
One field per list. Enter "500g flour" or "3x batteries" and NeatList structures the row for you. No separate quantity or unit forms.
Changes show up for everyone in the workspace. Native apps work offline and sync when you reconnect; web updates live via the cloud.
Less form-filling, more doing. NeatList keeps shared household lists fast on every device.
Add items in a single text field. Parsing runs on your device so lists stay fast and scannable.
Share a workspace with your household — not ad-hoc list links. Private and shared workspaces keep personal and family lists separate.
Grocery lists show quantity and unit columns. To-do lists support deadlines. Standard lists stay minimal for anything else.
iOS and Android keep SQLite as the local source of truth. Check items off without signal; sync catches up when you are online.
The UI updates immediately when you add or complete items. Persistence follows in the background so you never wait on a spinner.
Extra context lives in flexible item metadata — not new database columns — so future assistants can enrich lists without schema churn.
Shop together with parsed quantities and units. Type "2l oat milk" once; everyone sees the same structured row.
Chores and errands with due dates in a Family workspace. See what is active and clear completed items in one tap.
Trip packing, party prep, or weekly planning — standard lists when you do not need units or deadlines.
Google Keep is great for quick notes, but it is not built for shared grocery rows or household workspaces. AnyList focuses on shopping; NeatList adds to-dos and standard lists in the same workspace. Todoist excels at project management — NeatList stays lightweight: one line to add, parsing instead of forms, and sharing through workspaces rather than per-project complexity.
