How does the smart parsing work?
NeatList uses lightweight natural language processing. When you type '3x HDMI cables' or '500g flour', it automatically extracts the quantity and unit, separating them from the item name to keep your lists clean and scannable.
Can I share individual lists?
NeatList uses Workspaces for sharing instead of individual list links. You invite people to a Workspace (like 'Home'), and they automatically get access to all lists within it.
Is there a mobile app?
NeatList is designed mobile-first. You can use it in your mobile browser, and native iOS and Android apps are available.
Does it work offline?
Yes! The mobile app works completely offline. You can check off items with no signal, and it syncs when you reconnect.
What types of lists are supported?
Standard lists, Grocery lists (quantities and units), and To-do lists (due dates).
Is NeatList free to use?
NeatList is currently free while in beta. Core list-making and sharing will always remain free.
How do I delete completed items?
Completed items move to the bottom of your list. Use 'Clear completed' at the bottom to remove them all at once.
Can I recover a deleted list?
Deleted lists cannot be recovered. We ask for confirmation before deleting to prevent accidental data loss.
